Segyu Gaden Phodrang Monastery

Yoga and Volunteer Program

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and volunteer work at Segyu Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Marina has been a committed volunteer at Segyu Monastery, where she draws inspiration from the spiritual practices of Buddhist monks. This has deepened her connection to yoga and led to a profound awakening in her own path.

About the program
Welcome to our transformative program where you can experience the essence of Tibetan Yoga and meditation techniques. Led by renowned instructor Marina Linhares, this program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in daily one-hour sessions for the first five days, awakening your body and mind.

But this program is more than just yoga and meditation. It’s a chance to make a difference through volunteer work.
