About the program
Welcome to our transformative program where you can experience the essence of Tibetan Yoga and meditation techniques. Led by renowned instructor Marina Linhares, this program offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in daily one-hour sessions for the first five days, awakening your body and mind.
But this program is more than just yoga and meditation. It’s a chance to make a difference through volunteer work. Alongside the resident monks, you will contribute to the welfare of underprivileged children who reside within the monastery. Together, we will engage in various projects and activities, fostering their well-being and creating a positive impact.

Program Cost: USD1,300
1) Accommodation in a single or shared room within the monastery
2) Three meals a day food served in monastery same as monks
3) Daily yoga and meditation practices with Marina for 5 days (1 hour daily)
4) Volunteer work opportunities within the monastery community
5) Cultural visits to sacred spots of significance
6) Airport pickup and transfer
Program package does not cover
Flight costs are not included in the package and will be the responsibility of the participant. You have the flexibility to make your own travel arrangements.
Visa Fees: Please note that any visa fees required for entry into the country are not included in the package.
Entry to Touristic Places: Some touristic sites or attractions may have separate entrance fees that are not covered by the package.
Transportation to Touristic Points: transportation to specific touristic points or attractions outside of the monastery may incur additional costs.
Meals Outside : Meals enjoyed outside of the monastery, such as dining at local restaurants or exploring the culinary scene, are not included in the package.
Personal Expenses: Participants are responsible for any personal expenses incurred during the program, such as souvenirs, personal shopping, or any other individual expenditures.
